LinkedIn#
This goes without saying.
As long as you have worked or are preparing to work, you should have a LinkedIn profile.
You may not post a lot on LinkedIn, but recruiters often roam around there.
The last job I got was through a recruiter finding me on LinkedIn, and they offered very tempting conditions and persuaded me to give it a try, and in the end, I tried it and left.
Experience
Basically, anyone with job-seeking needs will have a LinkedIn profile, where they can post professional content or update their work status, which is not a bad thing.
I suggest that regardless of whether you are unemployed or not, sometimes it's good to browse LinkedIn, establish some connections, and create a presence, as it can be helpful in case of any future problems.
For example, mine is https://www.linkedin.com/in/honeymoose/, which is actually simple, just updating some work-related content and where I have worked.
However, it is important to be cautious about your privacy, so as to avoid any trouble later on.
